CURRENT OFFSEASON DIET:
Meal 1: 2 omega eggs and 6 egg whites with ¼ cup oatmeal
Meal 2: 35 grams ISOLYZE and 1.5 tablespoons natural peanut butter
Meal 3: 6 oz chicken and 1/4 cup almonds and ¼ cup brown rice
Meal 4: 35 grams ISOLYZE and ½ scoop CARBOLYZE (Post Workout)
Meal 5: 6 oz salmon with salad and 1 tablespoon macadamina nut oil and a small baked potato
Meal 6: 35 grams ISOLYZE and 1.5 tablespoons natural peanut butter
